Addressing Patient Community on COVID-19

To our patient community,

As you may be aware, the State of Oregon has issued an order directing surgeons to suspend all non-essential elective surgical procedures due to the cornavirus. As good citizens, we at the Jewell Plastic Surgery Center and Medical Spa, we are in compliance with this directive to temporarily suspend any non-essential elective medical or surgical procedures.

The safety and health of our patients, staff, and community are our top priority. While we will not offer non-essential surgical procedures during the state-ordered suspension, we are still here to serve you. We are maintaining minimum staff levels in order to:

  • Respond to your email and phone calls.
  • Perform follow up visits in person or virtually with patients who have recently had surgery.
  • Conduct virtual consultations for those planning procedures for the near future. For anyone with a long-term follow-up scheduled we will work with you to postpone non-essential appointments for now and reschedule as soon as possible. If you would like to schedule a virtual consultation, please email us at [email protected].

We encourage everyone to stay well-informed, practice social distancing, wash your hands, and to be kind to each other. The most up-to-date and accurate information can be found to the website for the Center for Disease Control

We look forward to seeing you again soon and hope everyone stays safe and well.
