New Research Presented at American Congress of Plastic Surgery Meeting

Dr. Mark Jewell has returned from the Federation of Ibero-Latin American Congress of Plastic Surgery meeting that was held in Medellin, Colombia. This was an international meeting of plastic surgeons from Mexico, Central, and South America.  Dr. Jewell presented scientific papers on the biomechanics of facial rejuvenation, patient safety, and non-surgical body contouring. Dr. Jewell is one of the prime movers in plastic surgery patient safety and discussed the topic of safety with cosmetic injectables at the meeting. There were approximately 450 plastic surgeons attending the meeting.
