Mark Jewell, M.D. represents United States of America at 23rd Congress of International Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) in Kyoto, Japan

Mark Jewell, M.D. represented the United States of America members for ISAPS at its 23rd congress, held in Kyoto, Japan. This is the largest congress of plastic surgeons who focus on aesthetic plastic surgery in the world, with over 1600 attendees. He has served as the National Secretary for the United States of America at ISAPS for the last 6 years.

ISAPS is an organization of plastic surgeons who work together to produce innovations in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine worldwide.

Dr. Jewell had two scientific presentations at this congress on breastfeeding after breast augmentation and the use of a silk-based soft tissue support material.

Dr. Jewell is pictured with Peter Scott, M.D., a South African plastic surgeon who is the ISAPS Chairman of the National Secretaries and Susumu Takaynagai, M.D., the current President of ISAPS.
