10 Coburg, LLC Breaks Ground on New Professional Office Building Project

10 Coburg LLC announced on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 that it has started construction on an approximate 35,000 square foot professional office building at the combined locations of 8 and 10 Coburg Road, Eugene, Oregon 97401.“The design and permit phase is nearly completed for this exciting project,” says John Lawless, AIA of the award-winning TBG Architecture firm in Eugene.
“It’s location in the exclusive Coburg Road District will provide excellent access from all directions,” he added. This area by virtue of its location and diversity of mercantile and professional services will become the new center of Eugene. 10 Coburg LLC, is a partnership between Mark Jewell Plastic Surgery Center, Pacific Women’s Center, Molly Vendetti DMD, and Clinical Trials of America to provide upscale professional office space. This group has developed office condominiums in women’s care, cosmetic plastic surgery, dentistry, and clinical trails.
